Sam practices primarily in the areas of estate and trust litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, estate and trust administration and estate planning. She has focused on these areas since the beginning of her legal career in 2009 and has worked with Mark Andersen since then, as well. Sam enjoys helping people resolve the variety of legal issues and complications that arise after the death of a loved one, or that accompany the incapacity of an adult, in the most efficient manner possible with a focus on preserving the relationships of the parties as much as possible.

Sam graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in May of 2009 and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in November of 2009. During law school, Sam served on the editorial board of and as a writer for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, receiving B.A.s in Political Science and English Literature. After law school, Sam returned to Phoenix, where she grew up, to be closer to family.
